Terms & Conditions of Hire

Your hire of a Limousine from Christchurch Limousines is with full acknowledgement and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

ALL passengers agree to conduct themselves in an orderly and well-behaved manner.
Our drives reserve the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate the agreement in the event of any inappropriate behaviour.
In the event of such early termination, NO portion of the rental fee shall be refunded.

The Client/Renter is responsible for his/her guests and for ANY damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
This is including, but not limited to: Liquid Spills, vomiting, breakage of glass-wear, damage to upholstery or exterior paintwork, damage to the sound system.
Repair of Replacement of items shall incur a minimum charge of $300.00.

Alcohol WILL NOT be consumed by persons under the age of 18 years.
Smoking of any substance IS NOT permitted in the Limousine.

While you are more than welcome to bring along your own CD's and other personal items, we do not take responsibility for such items left in the Limousine during or after the completion of the rental period.

Christchurch Limousines shall not be held responsible for late arrivals or breakdowns caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, incorrect pick up/drop off information, unrealistic time schedules, miscommunications, mechanical failure and any situation beyond our control.

A deposit maybe required at the time of your booking. The balance is due 7 days BEFORE the date of your booking.

Please note that your deposit is Non Refundable, but maybe transferred to another date (Under Christchurch Limousines Managements's Discretion). If you do need to change the date of your booking, it must be rebooked for a date within 1 year of the date of the original booking.

If you paid for your booking in full at the time of reservation, refunds will be a the discretion of Christchurch Limousines Management.
